Mr Jaiswal made a big and positive impression with me and my husband, who was to be my carer, from the start. He began the first meeting by listening to how my life had been affected by the pain I had lived with for nearly two years. He then carefully explained how the x-rays showed why I had experienced the pain and why the hip-replacement operation was necessary to remove the pain. Mr Jaiswal then walked me through the operation and the pre and post op procedures. Finally, he told me he could operate within six weeks, which I was not expecting, and so I began to question whether an operation was the only way. Mr Jaiswal was quick to recognise my anxiety and to make it clear that an operation was the only way of removing the pain on a permanent and drug free basis. Mr Jaiswal patiently answered all of our questions and, throughout our meeting, combined the serious side with a lovely sense of humour. The day of the operation was a long one but throughout, I was wonderfully cared for and Mr Jaiswal was caring and sensitive to me and my operation, whilst having a full day of several other commitments. I attended my six week meeting yesterday and was reassured to learn all was well.

Mr Jaiswal has given me a new lease of life for which I am extremely thankful and I can only praise this man for his care and consideration that he has given me before and after surgery. My new Hip is absolutely perfect and I will be having my other hip replaced , I would only want Mr Jaiswal to perform this , he has made such a difference to my life , I will be for ever grateful for his professionalism on how I was treated and look forward to having his continued support and care. Thank you so much

My husband has always been an active man, playing sport all his life, and this last year of immobility due to a painful hip has weighed heavily on him and me! Through no fault of Mr. Jaiswal, it has taken sometime to get the treatment my husband needed but the wait was worthwhile. Mr. Jaiswal was approachable, friendly and ready to answer any questions and certainly had a sense of humour. It was a pleasure to meet him. It has now been some six weeks since the operation and we returned to the hospital yesterday for my husband's check up. Mr. Jaiswal was pleased with the operation he did (as were we) and will see him in ten months times for a further check. The operation by Mr. Jaiswal has turned my husband's life around and immediately afterwards experienced no further pain.
